The OCECPR (Office of Electronic Communications & Postal Regulations) offers two valuable online consumer tools: an interactive tool for comparing various telecommunications packages from local providers, and a tool for the accurate measuring of broadband speed.
Our task at hand was to raise awareness around these two online tools at the public’s disposal, bringing in traffic to the site.
We set out to communicate the value of both tools in one comprehensive video; two birds, one stone! The campaign was focused on digital.
We created an animated short film with voiceover, showing a household where each family member surfed the ‘net with a different motive: entertainment, socialising, work, shopping. This setting, relatable to most, served in the creation of an engaging as well as informative piece. It also showed how each member of the depicted family was affected but the interruption of internet provision.
