Season 2 Victors of the 2024 MUSE Creative Awards Announced

With more than 8,700 entries from around the world, the MUSE Creative Awards continue to set the standard for recognizing the pinnacle of creativity and design excellence. The prestigious global competition hosted by the International Awards Associate (IAA), announced the winners of their second season for 2024.

For this competitive season, Summercliff’s campaign "WEEE: Recycling Electric Appliances", earned the Gold Muse Creative Award, a testament to our commitment to environmental responsibility and engaging storytelling. This campaign raised awareness about the recycling of electronic and electrical appliances, using a relatable and humorous scenario to captivate audiences and promote sustainable behavior.

The video begins with a woman’s washing machine malfunctioning in a hilariously exaggerated way, shaking walls and furniture as its spin cycle runs out of control. The arrival of a delivery team with her new appliance highlights the ease and convenience of WEEE Cyprus’ collection and recycling service. The old washing machine is shown being processed for recycling, with its raw materials starting a new life cycle in the circular economy. The central message of the campaign emphasizes the shared environmental responsibility we all hold, demonstrating how simple it is to contribute to a greener, more sustainable future.

Grand Jury Panel
A jury of 78 renowned experts from 25 countries, each a leader in their field, gathered to evaluate the submissions with exceptional rigor and precision. Their combined experience and diverse backgrounds brought a depth of insight to the evaluation process, highlighting the exceptional quality of each submission. The blind judging process upheld the highest standards of fairness, allowing each work to be assessed solely on its own merits.

Participation of International Brands
The competition saw submissions from internationally renowned brands, as well as groundbreaking work from creative talents who elevate their fields with fresh perspectives and bold ideas. Direct submissions featured prominent names such as Toyota USA, Netflix APAC, Kraft Heinz, McDonald's, Amazon, Louis Vuitton, and The North Face.
